2. Services

MindsetLift Core provides one-on-one coaching sessions and personalized coaching packages focused on personal growth and mindset development.

2.1 Payment and Scheduling

Fees for services are listed on our website and are processed through secure methods. Full payment is due at the time of booking.

2.2 Scheduling Changes

Clients may reschedule a session at no extra charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. To request a change, please use the contact form.

2.3 Cancellation and Refunds

Clients may cancel a session more than 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session are not eligible for a refund, as time and resources have already been allocated. All approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days.

2.4 Non-Refundable Group Workshops

Group workshops are non-refundable due to the allocation of materials and trainer availability upon booking. Clients may substitute an alternate participant with notice at least 7 days before the workshop.

3. Information Products

MindsetLift Core offers digital courses, guides, and other educational materials.

3.1 Access

Access to purchased materials is granted immediately after payment.

3.2 Refund Policy

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and only if the materials have not been accessed or downloaded. Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days. No refunds are available after the 7-day period in order to maintain content integrity.

4. Goods

We offer branded merchandise related to personal development.

4.1 Shipping

Items are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Standard delivery times apply.

4.2 Replacements and Refunds

If items arrive damaged or defective, please notify us within 5 days. Approved replacement requests or refunds for the purchase price will be handled to the original payment method within 14 days. Sent-back items must be in original packaging.

4.3 No Replacements After 30 Days

All replacement requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
